In compliance with European Regulation 679/16 (GDPR) and subsequent amendments, we are to provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of personal data you provide. The processing will be carried out with both manual and computerized and telematic tools in compliance with the regulations in force and the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, relevance, completeness and non-excessiveness, accuracy and with logics of organization and processing strictly related to the purposes pursued and in any case in such a way as to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of the processed data, in compliance with the organizational, physical and logical measures provided for by the provisions in force.

6. Purpose of processing a) To allow Navigation on this website and technical management of connections to it. (b) Follow up on inquiries made by customers/users regarding services offered by the data controller and for all communication activities always related to responding to contact requests. c) To follow up on requests for offers made by customers/users regarding the services proposed by the Data Controller and for all activities always related to the sending of the quote.
The data requested for the purposes indicated are necessary to be able to Permit navigation on the site and to follow up on requests for information/offers from the data subject.
Any failure to provide the data referred to in the purposes (b) and (c) by the data subject has the sole effect of making it impossible to send and/or receive response to the request for contact and/or offer.

Data provided for purpose b) will be kept for a period not exceeding 30 days.
Data provided for purpose c) will be kept for a period not exceeding 30 days.

Please note that the data provided may be processed for the protection of legitimate interests of the owner including in particular the defense in court. The principles of necessity, proportionality not excess will also apply in this.

No data will be disseminated in any way.
The data provided will be processed exclusively by persons authorized to process and appropriately instructed, under the control of the Data Controller, as well as through data processors linked to Trimarchi Cantiere Nautico S.r.l.s. by specific contract (art. 28 of Regulation 679/18), such as: companies that provide services for the management of the computer system and telecommunications networks, professionals and consultants or service providers to the data controller. However, the data will be communicated in relation to strict technical or professional necessity, preferring anonymous processing where possible.
The data will not be transferred to countries outside the EU.
The updated list with the identification details of all the Data Processors may be requested by you at any time from the aforementioned Data Controller.
The data may also be communicated to Third Parties (Public Bodies, Police Forces, Judicial Authorities, etc.), but exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling legal or regulatory obligations or EU legislation.
8. Rights of the data subject Articles 15, 16, 17, 18,19, 20, 21 and 77 of the GDPR
